Infinite Campus Mobile Portal App Reviews

A couple weeks ago I got the iPhone 6s and so did my son. Ever since we do not get any push notifications from the app. The app itself works but we do not get the notifications. We have checked with the school and we have checked with our service provider and we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing works everything is set correctly. We need an update please.

This is SO SLOWWWWW. It freezes way too much and it takes forever. But... It does show what I need to see so..

Doesnt do jack I have tried to access my grades and it wont let me know what my grades are

I like the app its helpful for tracking my grades but the planner is annoying whats the use of a planner if I cant put small notes in it on assignments or whatever

I have an iphone 6 and my husband a Samsung and he sees updated grades and i cannot see one of my kids grades or any updated grades...Its frustrating not knowing whats going on.

This app needs some major updates. Including but not limited to: iPhone 6/6s and 6/6s plus optimization, more access to recent grades, and a new look. Thank you.

Although its super helpful to view your grades on the go, it is very annoying having to refresh your grades every time you receive a new grade. I get that it has to load, but its a very long time. Its also fairly slow and could use some layout changes. But besides that, its super helpful!

Recently if one has not already logged in. Campus portal will not let anyone log in with the district ID. Every time I put the id in it say "sorry your request has timed out" PLEASE FIX THIS!!! It an inconvenience to everyone!

Not updated for larger screens. Also needs to have new assignment notifications be on without enabling by our school. They wont respond about enabling notifications.

I seriously need help with this app bc the notifications for my grades arent going off like im not getting them. And its not convenient to type into google infinite campus everytime i wanna check my grades since i check them literally 10 times a day... And YES i checked my notifactions settings on my iphone and the actual campus app PLS HELP?

Its not letting me refresh it & when I go onions of still doesnt let me log in it says the page doesnt exist? I really need this to see my grades so if you guys can fix this

It is extremely annoying to receive a notification that says "(name) has received a new grade in (class)" after every single grade is put into Infinite Campus. Please fix this.

I need to be able to add $ to our food service account through the app. Also, there is no transactional data on the mobile app for food service. No logged communications from the school either. I am not pleased.

The grade notifications used to tell us "Sally received 10/10 on Assignment xyz". Now all it says is "Sally has a new grade in Math". This makes it very difficult to see which new grade was entered. Please go back to distinguishing which specific grade was just entered! Overall its a great tool.

Ever since the February 2016 update, push notifications do not work! All of my daughters grades, assignments, and attendance are from 2015. Totally useless app! Uninstalled and reinstalled, and still did not fix it. Hopefully this is not another level of incompetency for Dekalb County! Here it is, April 27, 2016 and still no fix. So disappointed!!!

Keep updated app and making notifications working because Im not gonna notifications for my new grades being entered

You guys need to update this app because I always need to "refresh" when I need to know what Im missing. And plus doesnt let me check my grades!!!
