Never updated!!!

The one online is always updated but when you go on the app its not even near it! My assignment that was shown online turned in a month ago is saying missing on the app still. The 12 Week Progress Report hasnt updated yet either! Its frustrating because it will alert you outside the app like on your lock screen, but when you go into it it shows nothing!
